What locations do you service?

New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Eastern New Jersey, North Philadelphia, South Connecticut

How many bartenders would staff my event?

1 Bartender services events with up to 90-100 guests. 2 Bartenders staff events with 100+ guests. 3 Bartenders for events with 250+ guests. 

What is the minimum hours required to book?

There is a 3 hour minimum for all events within a 25 mile radius to Teaneck, New Jersey.

There is a 4 hour minimum for events that exceed a 25 mile radius from Teaneck, NJ.

Deposits, Balances & Fees

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Your event date is NOT secured until a deposit is received.

• Events booked within 7 days of the event date will incur an Accommodation Fee.

• Balances for Silver or Gold packages are due at the start time of the event date.

• Balances for Diamond packages are due 7 days prior to the event date.

• Something came up? Please communicate with us about it. We're flexible and understanding!

What is your refund policy?

• Deposits are non-refundable and can be credited towards a future event up to 1 year post the original event date and based on our availability. For example: If you cancel your February 5, 2025 event you can use your credit for a future event date that does not pass February 5, 2026.

• If the cancellation is initiated by Tall Glass Bartending, you will be fully refunded. 

• Deposits for Events or Services cancelled within 7 days of the event will not be refunded or credited towards a future event.

Do you supply ice?

We do not supply ice. We highly recommend using Instacart to have ice delivered to your event venue 1 hour prior to event start time if getting ice is an issue for you.
